Quality Juniors clothing?

I love indie (modern-retro) clothes. I'm not a snob, but I can not stand the cheap fabric. What are some juniors or lost QUALITY shops with clothing fabrics and interesting and unique? I like Express and the Republic of the quality of bananas, but there are plenty of clothing is very simple. I looked at other questions and if you are going to say that Forever 21, Charlotte Russe and Wet Seal have quality clothing, then save time. REAL quality. Price not a problem.
