And what is the difference flip? A size chart says that the size would be helpful. If someone certainly could help award the best answer would you. Thank you.

The first number is the waist size (in inches). The second number is groin size (in inches – measured from the band to the crotch). Thus, 34 x 32 has a waist of 34 inches and inseam 32 inches. 32 x 34 has a waist 32-inch and 34 inch inseam. You can measure its size with a tape measure or a piece of rope. If it is metric, convert to inches. Note that you can be some variation, although the same size.
