What types of clothng can I wear to make myself NOT look geeky?
Hi everyone. Ok I am going through a bit of an awkard stage and I am trying everything in my power to look good. I already have the smart nerdy thing going….but I want to try my hardest not to look like a nerd, because some girls tell me that I am actually cute lol.
I used to be a very grungey rocker type kid , and I grew out of it , and now I just look like … well…a nerd. I want to dress nice but I don’t really know how.I hate having a set style …like ” thats kids a rocker and that kids a skater, OH that kids ghetto and that kids emo.”NO. I am NOT a kid who likes wearing south pole and ecko and all that stuff , I just wanna look good. I’m am very laid back when it comes to what I wear. But I just wanna take a it a step further . I wanna know what types of clothing make an average guy look good.
Any advice >?
how old are you? just wear a t-shirt/sweatshirt and jeans…I like this laid back look on guys…and if you need something a bit dressy get a nice collared shirt(preferably in a dark color:gray/black)…and you are set~I’m just not really sure what to suggest to a guy since your clothe selections are limited and seem pretty straight forward….
If you don’t want to look nerdy don’t wear cardigans, weird patterned sweaters, and don’t wear ill fitting pants that end at your ankles…if you don’t want to look emo then don’t wear skinny pants, tight feminine looking shirts….and go for color variation instead of just sticking to black…..and please don’t go for the preppy, generic abercrombie & fitch/hollister look!
